Symptoms

Creating a Leave of Absence

Wanting to manually override the "Days" and "Hours" field that is populated by the [Calculate Duration] button.

Through the Personalization framework, these fields are set to "Updateable" however still unable to enter values into these fields.  There are no over ridding personalizations and the personalization profiles are set correctly.

Navigation to the relevant page is

  1. Employee Self-Service
  2. Leave of Absence
  3. Planned Radio button
  4. [Create Absence]
