Symptoms

While running EMEA VAT: Selection Process,Vendor name is missing in report Italian_Purchase_VAT_Register.
This value in the report is taken from the BILLING_TP_NAME from ZX_REP_TRX_DETAIL_T and this value is missing and not populated by EMEA VAT: Selection Process.

Steps to Reproduce:
----------------------
1. Navigate to AP/AR Localization Responsibility
2. Go to View > Requests > Submit a new request
3. Run EMEA VAT: Selection Process
4. Observe that Vendor name is missing in report.
