Symptoms

Unable to release the revenue in projects.

STEPS

-------

1. Using a Project Billing responsibility
2. Navigate to Billing >> Revenue Review
3. Search for unreleased revenues >> Open
4. Click on button "Release", get error:

ERROR
-----------------------
You can only release the earliest unreleased revenue.
