Symptoms

When Checking PL_DISTRICT Lookup Type in the Application Utilities Lookups Form it has been found that Polish translation for Wroclaw District is incorrect.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Under PL HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to Other Definitions > Application Utilities Lookups > Query for Type=PL_DISTRICT.
3. Observe that Polish translation for Wroclaw District is wrongly shown as 'WROCLAW'. The expected translation is 'Wrocław'.
