Adjustment Date Is Not Getting Populated For The Approved Cycle Count Adjustments

Symptoms
Adjustment date is not getting populated for the the cycle count entries which are approved and adjustments posted.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Inventory Responsibility -> Counting -> Cycle Counting -> Cycle Counts.
2. Create New Cycle Count.
3. Run Perform Full Cycle count request set.
4. Cycle count entries got generated.
5. Now Navigate to Cycle Count Entries form and enter count for entries.
6. Now Navigate to Cycle Count Approve form and approve the counts.
7. Verify the data in MTL_CYCLE_COUNT_ENTRIES table ADJUSTMENT_DATE column is NULL.
