PAXBUEBU: Selecting the Budget Type in the Budgets Form Causes the Form To Freeze (Doc ID 3041665.1)

Symptoms

In the Budgets form, when selecting the budget type for a project, the screen stops responding requiring the session to be closed.

To reproduce the issue,

  1. Log into a Projects responsibility
  2. Navigate to Budgets
  3. Enter Project Number
  4. Go to Budget Type field
  5. Open the List of Values
  6. Form freezes.

Changes

 Upgrade from 12.2.4 to 12.2.10
