Symptoms

When attempting to pull Seller Facilitated Order modification into Oracle EBS,
the following error occurs.

ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected - got -


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Import a SFO Order modification using program 'Intragovernmental Orders Interface Program' and the modification is not imported.
