FRM-4703 Error Which Occurs While Opening the Agreements Form Post 12.2.11 Upgrade (Doc ID 3041904.1)

Symptoms

Below mentioned error occurs when opening “Pricing Agreements” form, after upgrade to Release 12.2.11

ERROR

FRM-4703: No such parameter named ITEM_CATEGORY_LOCK exists in form QPXSSDAF.

Steps to Reproduce the issue:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility : Oracle Pricing Manager
2. Click on Form Function: Pricing Agreements
3. Observe that Pricing Agreements form opens with the above error.
