R12: OIE: Unassigned Cards Which Were Deleted Still Appearing on New Accounts Form

Symptoms
Unassigned cards which were deleted are appearing on New Accounts form
This issue can be reproduced by following below steps:
1.Navigate to Iexpense Credit Card Admin --> Internet Expenses Administration --> New Accounts
2.Search for unassigned cards
3.Delete a unassigned card
The next day or two days later the deleted card are listing again in the list of unassigned cards.
