Symptoms

When upgrading from R12.1.2 to R12.2.9, GLPPOSS takes time than before.
With number of GL_INTERFACE: 27,000 (1 batch, 9000 headers, each header has 3
lines)

R12.1 took around 4min
R12.2 took around 7min

Changes

 Upgrade to R12.2
