Symptoms

When running the job "Terminate Expired Contracts" for UBB contracts that are evergreen eligible, it fails activation of the service contract with the following error:

-----------------------
You must enter a value for column qcl_id.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using lease super user responsibility, author a lease contract. Add usage lines.
2. Make sure contract is evergreen eligible.
3. Book the contract.
4. Run terminate expired contracts process to turn the contract to evergreen status.
5. Check the termination transactions and you will see the error above in the details section.
