Symptoms

Duplicate entries created after running PNCRACCS : Transfer Normalized Lines to GL
The issue can be seen in GL Journals.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Property Manage Responsibility > View > Requests
2. Run concurrent request Transfer Normalized Lines to GL
