Symptoms
When trying to modify Location, following error appears
ERROR
FRM-40735: ON ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to "HRMS Manager" responsibility.
2. Navigate to Work Structures -> Location.
3. Query an existing location.
4. Update any field like Address segments or description and try to save it.
5. Encounter the above error.
