Symptoms
After running the "PenServer Interface Process" concurrent program, it has been observed that the value for "PQP GB PenServer Premium and Classic Plus Scheme Contributions - Earnings History" is missing (null) in the Extract Results Detail Form for employees having a refund on their pension contributions. Expected value in this scenario is Zero (0000000.00).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under UK HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for employee > Assignment > Opt out from the pension scheme.
3. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for above employee > Assignment > Entries > Add pension adjustment element to refund the contributions for relevant payroll period (for example: in July 2024 period).
4. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run "Payroll Run UK" process for relevant payroll period (for example: July 2024 period).
5. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run " PenServer Interface Process" with Interface File=Payment History and relevant Effective Date (for example: 31 July 2024).
6. Navigate to Mass Information eXchange: MIX > System Extract > Extract Results > Query for Extract Name="PQP GB PenServer Periodic Changes Interface - Payment History" (generated for the above run).
7. Click on Detail > Observe "PQP GB PenServer Premium and Classic Plus Scheme Contributions - Earnings History" is null instead of zero (0000000.00).
