Symptoms

When users try to access the Project status Inquiry (PSI) form the application freezes.

The following steps reproduce the issue,

  1. Log into a Projects Responsibility
  2. Navigate to Project Status > Project Status Inquiry
  3. Click on Project Status Inquiry and the application freezes.
