Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Inventory Costing
When attempting to access screen Inventory Accounting Periods
the following error occurs.

Getting the Error that the 'function is not available to this responsibility'
Error details:
ORA-01789 : query block has incorrect number of result columns
FRM-40505 : ORACLE error unable to perform query
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory > Accounting Close Cycle > Inventory Accounting Periods
2. Select Org: MAN
3. Hit pending - On Pending Transactions form
4 Select pending WIP Costing on Resolution Required region
5. Hit Open and Get the Error that the 'function is not available to this responsibility'.
