PAXPREPR: Key Members Are Duplicated in the Key Members List of Values (LOV) When the User Has a Preferred Name Set. (Doc ID 3044150.1)

Symptoms

When a key member has a preferred name given in HR, the key member shows twice in the 'Employee Name' list of values (LOV) in the Project form PAXPREPR.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Project Costing (Billing ) Super User
2. Created project ED-Key Member dated 01-Jan-2016 (periods entered and open)
3. Added 2 project managers , like the customer's setup
4. Found employee Maxwell Butternut in 'Human Resources, Vision Enterprises': Person People | Enter and Maintain.
5. In the subtab 'Further Name' added 'Max' as the 'Preferred Name' and chose 'Correct'.
6. Go back into the project and try adding 'Butternut' as a Key Member. Type in the last name 'Butternut' and in the LOV, there are 2 entries:

Butternut, Maxwell and
Butternut, Maxwell (Max)
