Charges ECC - Agent Command Dashboard Tables Error - 400 Bad Request: Service Request: Invalid Number: Null (Doc ID 3044391.1)

Symptoms

In the  Customer Support Specialist application, when opening the Enterprise Command Center(ECC) page "Agent Command Dashboard" all of the "My Service Request Metrics" tables display the following error:

400 Bad Request: Service Request: Invalid Number: null

Steps
----------
1) On an EBS environment with Enterprise Command Center(ECC) installed
2) Responsibility - Customer Support Specialist
3) Navigation - Agent Command Center
4) Page opens and all "My Service Request Metrics" display the error:

    "400 Bad Request: Service Request: Invalid Number: null"
