NL: Assignment Missing from XML Process Output after Running Dutch ABP Report Concurrent Program (Doc ID 3044787.1)

After running Dutch ABP Report process, when reviewing the XML process output it has been found that an assignment is missing (not picked and processed).


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Under NL HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent.
2. (N) Process and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Run the following:
           - "Payroll Run NL" process for current payroll period (for example: August 2024).
           - "Dutch ABP Report Archiver" process for current payroll period (for example: August 2024).
           - "Dutch ABP Report" using the above "Request ID' as the "Archiver Request ID" parameter and with "Output Type" parameter "Dutch ABP XML Report" for relevant "Reporting Year" (for example: 2024).
3. After "Dutch ABP Report" process is completed > Review the process output (click on View Output) > Observe that one assignment is missing.
