Symptoms
When attempting to add a plant resource record,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

ORA-00904: SHIPPING_IND:Invalid Identifier
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process Engineer > Setup > Plant Resources
2. Try to enter a new record
