Symptoms
Sales order is pick released with auto-allocate = No and progressed to Release to Warehouse status.Unable to back order the move order line for a particular delivery due to the following error.
"Move order line could not be back ordered. Rolling back the changes. Error: Zero is not allowed. Please enter a number greater than zero."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Inventory Responsibility> Move orders > Transact move order
2. Tools > Backorder line
3. Observe the mentioned error.
