The below error is coming when trying to claim a debit memo in the process recovery form.

Code Combination cannot be null.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Oracle Financials for India responsibility.

2. Recovery Management-> Process Recovery.

3. Fill the search criteria and click on the Find button.

4. An error popped after selecting the record.
