Symptoms

Cannot query revenue invoice in Revenue Review screen in Apps

ORA-00904: "BATCH_ID": invalid identifier

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. With a projects responsibility, navigate to Billing >> Revenue Review
2. Enter Project number and click 'Find'.
3. Receive the error.
