Symptoms
When attempting to add an additional OAcore managed server
the following error occurs.
ERROR

ERROR: Unable to set the properties for the managed server oacore_server2
EBS_domain.log

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to EBS as OS owner and run the adProvisionEBS.pl to add a OAcore managed server
2. Script failed while setting the properties for the managed server
