Symptoms

iProcurement ECC Full Loads Are Failing With ICX-TOP-CATEGORIES Exception Error

Full Loads failing with the following error:

Steps to reproduce:
 1. In iProcurement ECC Responsibility > Data Load Submission
 2. Choose Load type= Full Load
