Symptoms
Program "India -GSTIN Inbound Process" completed with the below error.
Processing tax_repository update ORA-06502: PL/SQL numeric or value error.
APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option CONC_KEEP_BLANK_FILES in routine &routine.
APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option CONC_KEEP_BLANK_FILES in routine &routine.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the India Local Receivables responsibility.
2. View-> Requests-> Submit a new request.
3. Submit the "India -GSTIN Inbound Process" program.
4. Program completed in error.
