Symptoms

User is not able to enter more than 20 characters in the Taxpayer ID field appearing on Tax And Financial Information section of the Profile tab for a Brazilian Customer

User needs to enter ABCD: 00.000.000/0000-00


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Create/Maintain Customers

  1. Search for Customer Name
  2. Click on Customer Name
  3. Click in Profile Tab
  4. Populate Taxpayer ID
