Symptoms
When attempting to run the concurrent program 'Create Accounting' (short name XLAACCPB),
the following error occurs in the child concurrent program 'Accounting Program' (short name XLAACCUP)
Error message

An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_00200_AAD_C_xxxxxx_PKG.AcctDerRule_xx. ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Payables Responsibility
2. View > Requests > Submit a New Request
3. Run the concurrent program Create Accounting.
4. Observed the log of the child request Accounting Program completing in error
