Symptoms

In the FA Reconciliation Dashboard, the "Non Depreciation Account Balance Reconciliation" chart is showing incorrect amounts for GL balances but correct amounts for the SLA balances.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
--Review the ECC FA Dashboard to see the differences.
