Symptoms
Partial Termination Quote should not time out and display below error
ERROR
Failure of Web Server bridge
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent to OFF or method not idempotent.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Lease Super User Responsibility
2. Search for a contract
3. Create Partial Termination Quote
