While running the program 'Update Existing Configurations', if the parameter Items is selected as Specific Configuration Item, the subsequent parameter Configuration Item is greyed out

1. Log into Oracle applications
2. Navigate to Order management > Requests > Submit a New Request
3. Select program name as 'Update Existing Configurations'
3. Enter the parameter items as 'Specific Configuration Item'
4. Verify that the Configuration item parameter is greyed out
