Requirement is to display a message on sales order form if a Sales Order meets certain conditions (based on customer id and transaction type).
Don't have a specific action for when the message should show up, but simply when a sales order is queried and matches the conditions, just want the pop up message displayed.

The message is to be displayed on sales order form when Querying an order and it meets certain conditions .......not when entering a new sales order.For.e.g user would look up an order, and then once it is loaded in there would be a warning to don't forget to do xyz.
