Auto Ship Confirm Not Ship Confirming Delivery Containing Two Delivery Detail ids Where One is Released to Warehouse and Other in Staged Pick Confirmed Status (Doc ID 3046085.1)

Auto Ship Confirm not processing correctly and is different in Shipping Transaction form case of one delivery id assigned to two delivery detail ids where
one delivery detail id is in a 'Staged/Pick Confirmed'  status and the other delivery detail id is in a 'Released to Warehouse' status.

Auto Ship Confirm Rule not processing if delivery has line has two lines
Line 1: Staged/Pick Confirmed
Line 2: Released to Warehouse
Auto Ship Confirm completes normally however the delivery detail status is not changed and the related order lines are showing as Picked and Released Warehouse.

Whereas if ship confirm is performed in the Shipping Transactions form then delivery detail if for line 1 status shows as 'Interfaced' and delivery detail id for line 2 still
shows as 'Released to Warehouse' status.

Therefore why is the Auto Ship Confirm behavior different in this specific case than if ship confirm is performed in the Shipping Transaction Form?
