Symptoms

PRC: Delete Unreleased Draft Invoices for a Range of Projects is not deleting few invoices.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Project responsibility
2. Run request PRC: Delete Unreleased Draft Invoices for a Range of Projects
3. Review Output of the request
