Lease Approval Status is NULL in Lease Form when Re-query Lease with Approval Status in Draft (Doc ID 3046174.1)

Symptoms

Incorrect Approval Status (NULL) displayed in Lease Form when re-query Lease that has Approval Status in Draft.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use a Property Manager responsibility
2. Navigate to Leases and Documents > Main Lease > Enter Leases and Documents
3. Create Lease with Approval Status = DRAFT > Save
4. Re-query the same lease it shows Approval Status = DRAFT
5. Press Open and it shows "Approval Status" = NULL
