Mass Change Bills of Material concurrent program is getting in to error

Mesg: The item sequence number XX you have entered for component XX-XXX is not unique within the bill.
An internal error occurred in the program BOMPKMUD
Cause: Oracle Bills of Material detected Error processing ECO Business Object in BOMPKMUD.
Action: Contact your system administrator.
