Approved Leave FYI Notification Showing The Attachment Of Another Employee Leave Attachment (Doc ID 3046415.1)

Symptoms

Observed that Approved leave notification is showing the attachment of another employee leave attachment.

For Example

Employee A submitted sick leave on 02-Feb-2024 with attachment.

Employee B submitted annual leave today without attachment and after manager approval employee A sick attachment showing in the Employee B FYI notification.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using Employee Self-Service responsibility.
2. Navigate to Absence Management > Create Absence.
3. Create an absence which contains an attachment.
4. Log in as approver and approve the absence.
5. Go to the Worklist page and open the notification.
6. Observe that no attachments are displayed.
7. Check in the FND_ATTACHED_DOCUMENTS table that the pk1_value is the same as the pk5_value of the latest transaction.
8. Log in as the employee.
9. Go to the Worklist and open the notification.
10. Observe that a different attachment is displayed.
