Symptoms

Absence management form allows entry of an absence even though there is a zero net balance.
This occurs regardless of whether you are date tracked or in the current period.

Navigation:
US HRMS Manager > People > Enter and Maintain > People > Others > Absence

This also occurs when time is transferred from OTL.
