Symptoms

Executions of the hxc_timecard_utilities API  is resulting in high CPU usage and the client is reporting a performance impact to the OTL application.

 

System Administrators will observe OACORES for both the Internal and External Application go into a Warning State.

The steps to reproduce this issue for users.

  1. Log into a Timecard responsibility
  2. Create and save a timecard
  3. Submit timecard
  4. Either an extremely long delay in submission completing or submission never completes.
