Symptoms
While trying to open the Purchase Order(PO) from Purchase Order Summary form,
the following error appears:
ERROR :This action is not allowed. The release document is locked by another user.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Purchasing Responsibility
2. Navigate to Purchase Order Summary
3. Enter PO number > Click on Find
4. The error appears
