R12: AP: EBTax: Tax Exceptions Page Cannot be Seen on Tax Rule > Condition Sets for New Tax Rules Defined in R12 (Doc ID 3046999.1)

Symptoms

Users can see a page for tax exceptions in tax rules for migrated taxes, there are tax exception rules defined on this page.
They cannot see such a page while creating new tax rules for a tax regime defined in R12.

The issue can be reproduced using below steps

1. Tax Manager > Tax Configuration > Tax Rules
2. Query a Migrated Tax Regime and Tax Rate
3. Go to Direct tax rate determination rules
4. Open existing rule and update
5. On Condition sets page there is a button for View Exception Set.
6. It opens a new page with certain exception rules
7. Query a new regime/tax
8. Go to Direct tax rate determination rules
9. Create a rule and go to Condition set, there is no button for View Exception Set.
