BPA - Cannot See Newly Created Custom View (Doc ID 304701.1)

Oracle Bill Presentment Architecture - Version: 11.5.9
This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

Customer registered new custom data view in order to drill down to get line item detail, however unable to find the custom view.

Navigation:
Bills Presentment Superuser responsibility and select Configuration -> Data Sources. 
Query the required Data Source and click on the Views button.
In the View LOV there, the newly created db view is not coming up.

None.
