Symptoms

Expense report status remains as 'Pending Manager Approval' even after the manager's approval

Steps to reproduce the issue

------------------------------

1. Go to Internet Expenses Responsibility
2. Create an expense report=> enter approver name
3. Submit the expense report for approval
4. Manager approves the expense
5. Verify the status
