Offer Product LOV Search Has Performance (Doc ID 3047281.1)

Symptoms

While creating offer for an item number, the search product is taking time about 10 minutes. Occurs for all offer types Accrual, Off invoice, and Volume offers. After LOV window opens, User could search and select item number with no issues.

Steps:
1. Trade Management User > Trade Planning > Offers
2. Create Offer, goto products section.
3. Select Type as Item and click on item number lov
