Symptoms

Task Management Public API (WMS_TASK_MGMT_PUB) - Load Task and Pick Drop are not working for "replenish move order transfer" and "WIP component issue" tasks.

Drop "WIP component issue" task gives error :

 Apply the patch 36407419:R12.WMS.C that provides the functionality of 12.2.13 Picking public API's enhancement for release level 12.2.4+
