Cannot Update the Source Line Amount for a Capitalized Asset Using the Asset Workbench form. (Doc ID 304750.1)

Symptoms

The form does not allow Source Line invoice amount for a Capitalized Asset to be updated via the Asset Workbench.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Logon using Fixed Assets responsibility.  
2. Query a Capitalized Asset using the Asset Workbench form.  Navigation:  Assets > Asset Workbench.
3. Click Source Lines button. Line Amount is grayed out and cannot be updated.
