Symptoms
Unable to create receipt through receipt batch as the receipt summary form keeps popping up payment method LOV repeatedly when cursor is placed on receipt method.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application using Receivable Responsibility
2. Navigate to Receipts > Batches
3. Enter the required information and click on Receipts
4. Place the cursor on Receipt Method
