There are stuck threads in Oracle Payments for this POST request:

It is expected that there are no struck threads

==Steps To Reproduce==

1. Responsibility: Oracle Payables

2. Path: Payment Manager: Payment Process Requests

3. Choose advanced Search (right side)

4. Check struck threads in Oacore log
