Symptoms

Unable to create Manual/ Secondary Challan for the subsequent dispatches against same OSP Job.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------

1) Navigate to Oracle Financial of India.
2) Transactions > Outside Processing.
3) Pass the PO number and create challan for partial quantity.
4) Approve the dispatch.
5) Again, Navigate to Transactions > Outside Processing.
6) Pass the PO number and click on Manual button to create manual challan for
remaining quantity.
