Symptoms

The transaction activity screen is not showing a value in line number field for any records.

The expectation is to show the line number of the line that was applied by the receipt in the payment record.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation
: Transactions > Transactions

  1. Query Transaction
  2. Use menu Actions > Installments
  3. Click Activity
